SHIPPING POLICY

Postnet to Postnet deliveries: Proof of waybill or courier send-off suffice as proof that goods were sent and if they are damaged or lost on route via the courier company MareneMade will not be held liable and funds will not be returned.

Collection sites: Once customer is in possession of the goods and leave the collection site, MareneMade will not be held liable for any damages or losses. Customer should check that the goods are in the state they expect it to be at the collection site and raise queries there and then.

Return & Exchange Policy

Collection sites: Once customer is in posession of the goods and leave the collection site, MareneMade will not be held liable for any damages or losses. Customer should check that the goods are in the state they expect it to be at the collection site and raise queries there and then.

 

MareneMade wants you to be happy! You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipment / courier took place.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we will rectify the problem as soon as possible by:

Exchanging the item for another one of the same price original was bought for, or

Refund the amount you paid, but MareneMade has to get original item back.

If it was couriered to another region in SA, the courier costs will be covered by MareneMade to get the item back.

If it was handed over at a collection point, the item has to be returned at the collection point again.

You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 2 weeks after delivery, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.

​

The following items cannot be returned:​

-Clearance items
